Monthly website care · Terms summary
Clear care, clear terms.
This page records the plan details confirmed so far. It is not a complete consumer contract, and online subscription checkout remains closed until the missing terms and business details are completed.
Noverique’s legal trading identity and postal address still need to be added, and the final subscription contract and statutory cancellation information must be reviewed before checkout is enabled.

Noverique has confirmed it is not currently VAT-registered. No VAT is charged on these plans; each amount is the full monthly price. HMRC says a business must register for VAT before it starts charging VAT; see the official guidance. If Noverique’s VAT status changes, prices and tax treatment will be reviewed and customers will be told before any change takes effect. New pages, redesigns, work outside the included plan scope, and third-party costs are quoted separately before work begins.
Renewal and ordinary cancellation
Plans renew automatically every month until cancelled. Ordinary cancellation takes effect exactly 30 days after Noverique receives the request. Submit a cancellation notice or email noveriqueweb@gmail.com from the email address used for the subscription and name your plan. Noverique will acknowledge the request and confirm the effective date and any final payment due under the completed contract. This 30-day notice does not replace or limit any statutory consumer cancellation rights.
Statutory cancellation rights
UK consumers who buy services online may have a statutory 14-day period to cancel after entering the contract. The final checkout must explain how this applies to the care service, including any express request to start within that period and any amount payable if the consumer cancels after work has begun. These details have not yet been finalised. See the GOV.UK distance-selling guidance and the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Until the final contract is published, a consumer may send this model wording by email to exercise a statutory cancellation right:
Monthly change hours
Plan hours are reserved for changes to the existing website; new pages and redesigns are quoted separately. Unused monthly change hours expire at the end of each month and do not carry over.
Business details still required
Noverique is the brand name. The legal company name, Companies House number, registered office and contact details still need to be added. Before online orders open, this page must identify the legal trader, explain the full service scope, and state the final billing, cancellation and complaint process.
