Use this form to notify Noverique. Ordinary cancellation takes effect exactly 30 days after Noverique receives the request. If you believe a statutory cancellation right applies, choose that option and Noverique will review it. This form sends a dated notice to Noverique and an acknowledgement to your email; Noverique will schedule the Stripe cancellation for the stated date.
